Current advocates have shared that volunteering for WISE "changes the way you look at the world" and that "working with survivors allows [you] to fully realize the power, strength, and resilience within all of us." Our fall trainees have said that the training facilitators "were clearly experts in their field, putting a lot of time and energy into teaching" and they "treated everyone as peers and equals °© showing us the empowerment model through all their interactions." Celebrating its 40th year of service, WISE invites you to become part of a diverse group of community members who empower victims of domestic and sexual violence and stalking to become safe and self-reliant.
