Michael is currently the CEO and Chief Visionary Officer of Catalyzing Conscious Capitalism, co-founded with Whole Foods CEO John Mackey. He has created several high-performance private and charter schools, including one named the 36th best public school in the U.S. on the Washington Post's Challenge Index. Magatte Wade was born in Senegal, educated in Germany and France, and launched her entrepreneurial career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she co-founded Adina World Beverages after working closely with Silicon Valley start-ups. She is a sought after speaker on issues relating to developing world entrepreneurs.
