Margo:

Our experience with TV5 has been much the same.  I started the ball rolling
on this project last March, and our AV people are just now putting the
final touches on the installation process. We should be able up and running
campus-wide next semester.

The instructors of French have repeatedly told me that this is a great
product and worth the hassle.  I hope so!
