Eduardo,

We, too, are asking ourselves the exact same question.  In the final
analysis, I think Dreamweaver is easier to use and, generally, more
powerful.  However, the one big advantage to Go Live is that it handles
languages *really* well (e.g. Chinese, Hebrew right-to-left, Russian).  It
might not make sense to spend a ton of time with each, but free trial
versions are available (aren't they?).  If I had to decide today I'd go
with Dreamweaver, but keep Go Live on deck for really difficult language
encoding situations.
