Hello,

We have the Tandberg ICM (the newer version of the Prisma system) and the
classic DIVACE system here.  I have been very happy with both the ICM and
the DIVACE and have never had the DIVACE crash or hang-up.  Because we use
the ICM in classroom settings we also have the ClassNet system connected to
the ICM.  This allows from computer screen sharing between instructor and
students in the LAN.  This has been the only problem area for us.  When the
instructor attempts to "take over" the student computer (in theory, a very
cool feature), the ICM freezes and requires reboot to function again.  That
is the only problem we've had.
