------------------
I have been regularly using Virtual PC on both a G3 Powerbook and a G3
desktop and have been very pleased. I run internet applications all the
time and have used it with a direct ethernet connection, through a cable
modem, and with a dialup internet connection. I also use it heavily for
graphics and powerpoint presentations. I design on both the Mac and PC
sides and always check my materials on both sides as well. Sharing files
between the two has worked seamlessly. In addition, I have done lots of
FL software evaluation and I always test it on both platforms using
Virtual PC.

The one thing I have done during PC software installs is install as much
of the software as possible on the Mac side eventhough it runs through
virtual PC. The reason for this is that Virtual PC allocates a rather
small portion of my harddrive as the "C" drive. By installing it on the
Mac side and setting the preferences to always share my Mac harddrive I
don't ever run out of space. Everything runs fine and quickly so I
haven't noticed any interruptions doing this.
