Hi. Actually I don't think the first issue is that clear since many teachers, at
least in ESL don't integrate technology, they instead just put people in
computer language labs or worse.  I think the integration is key.

I'm in the process of writing a research proposal to study this at our adult esl
program in NYC and am doing a research project on this including cognitive. So I
do have some literature quotes etc. I'm unclear as to what you specifically
want, but I'd be happy to share source material with you if you want. You don't
mention which college etc. you are at.

Let me know. Perhaps others can share bibliography etc.
