>Subject: Japanese, Mac OS 9 and writing vertically

------------------
Dear Listers,
The recent mention of the new Mac OS (9) having no need for the language
kits any longer brings me to another question that I hope the colllected
expertise out there can help me with. If I am running OS 9 and want to
write in Japanese, what do I need to be able to write in the vertical style
of Japanese books? Is there special software for this? A special word
processing program?
Thanks for any help.
