Fellow Neteros:

We have four faculty who have new i-Macs with external ZIP drives which
were set up by a person who is no longer here at the College. Whenever the
faculty members try to copy a folder containing files from the iMac hard
drive to the ZIP drive, they can only get the folder itself to copy an
image onto the ZIP disk. None of the other folders inside nor the contents
of those embedded folders will copy to the ZIP. Has anyone else out there
had this problem. We suspect some kind of password problem that was not
communicated by the set-up person.

BTW, we can open up each folder on the iMac Drive and SELECT ALL and then
copy each folder's contents to the ZIP--but hey, time is money!!

Gracias for any help or suggestions.
