>Subject: Globe-Gate home page

The Globe-Gate Project has not paid much attention to issues of page
appearance, and has had a utilitarian home page since the server went up:

http://globegate.utm.edu

I am working on a new home page for the Language & Culture Resources, one
which should be a bit more sensitive to aesthetics, making a somewhat
united statement of word and image...not quite a logo.

Globe-Gate: A Culture and Language SuperSite

Since I my main job is teaching from 14 to 17 hours per week, I don't have
much time for these matters. Updating links is also difficult under these
circumstances, especially since my star student assistant and
Globe-Gate co-founder took a Silicon Valley job.
