Well, the gremlins, trolls or leprechans have been at it again.  The only
copy of the CD-ROM that came with my Scanjet 4100c w/USB is not where it is
supposed to be - or anywhere else.  I tried to get through to H-P, but
unless I use a credit card or dial a 900 #, I can't talk to a human & the
web site only has the drivers, not the rest of the software that comes on
the disk.

I am looking for a way to get a copy of the disk for the 4100c w/USB.  I
will be happy to pay for any expenses incurred in getting a copy to me.
