>Subject: 3/4" U-Matic

Dear Ms. Irene Starr

We do not have a Sony #VO-2630S, but we do have a VO-5630, PAL/SECAM/NTSC,
3/4" U-Matic machine. To make dubs for you of one hour tapes to VHS would
cost (approximately), $35.00 per tape (set-up time, machine run time,
blank cassette). You should contact our Production Coordinator, Ms.
Margaret Keyes at the address and/or numbers below to work out the
details.

We would not let our manual out of the house and it is a rather thick tome
to try to copy, but you might be able to purchase one from the New England
Sony Service Center.
