>Subject: Chinese Lang. Kit 2.0 Help

------------------
I just installed the 2.0 version of the Chinese Lang. Kit on a Power Mac,
7100 running OS 8.5, 48 meg Ram. 270 MB Harddrive. The OS was installed
over a re-formatted harddisk, thus cleanly installed.

Used CLK Easy Install.

When using the Simplified Input method, after selecting the simplified
chinese keyboard, and the ABC standard pen, (using the Simplified Chinese
Simpletext) the cursor does match the location of the Chinese characters in
the text, making highlighting and editing nearly impossible.

Also, I have to press RETURN twice, then DELETE for the chinese characters
to set on their text line.

I have tried various font settings, and re-setting monitor resolutions to
no avail.

Has anyone encountered this problem & know a cause/solution? Is it a
worldscript compatibility issue?

Accepting any insights,

don
