Dear Rachel,
I am a French teacher and I am training adults in English Special Purposes.
I could recommend you two reference books that could be helpful for your
presentation.
Reference Books for EFL Teacher in training:
TEACHING PRACTICE HANDBOOK - HEINEMANN
LEARNING TEACHING (I can't remember the editor , maybe Longman or OUP ?)
You can find there how to formalise your lessonplanning.
Good luck for your interview !
Sophie
