The IALL '99 Pre-Conference Symposium, Computer-Mediated Language 
Assessment and Evaluation in Natural Language Processing, is jointly 
sponsored with the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL), is 
scheduled for Tuesday, June 22.  

ACL is publishing the proceedings for the symposium.  The proceedings may 
be purchased during the conference at the information desk for $20.00 or 
they may be ordered after the conference for $25.00 (including shipping).
