A colleague found a Fisher boom box , 5-speaker unit with a 3 CD capacity and
2 tapedecks.
It was purchased from Webb Electronics, 9555 Alden Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215.
Phone is 913-492-6772. Cost was about $320.

Hope this helps.

Many of our instructors check out CD/audio tape players for classroom
use. Does anyone know of a boom box (CD and audiotape) with a counter
for the audio tape deck? I am so dissapointed with the "institutional"
model cassette players that I would like to switch to "commercial"
boom boxes, but I haven't found any with tape counters. Any
 recommendations would be appreciated!
