Has anyone had any success with Office 98 (for Macintosh) opening/
converting Windows WordPerfect 6 files (from an attachment).

Louis,

Hi, it's Laurel. As far as I can tell, in order to convert from WP to
Word98, you first have to save the wp file as an earlier version of Word,
then convert up. This is also true when converting from Word98 to WP, in
that you need to convert to Word 6.0 first, then to WP.

This should work; please let me know if it doesn't, ok?

Laurel
