Yes, hotmail works well with Chinese on PC and Macs. As mentioned in an earleir message you will need to use Twin Bridge on a Windows station or Language
Kit on a Mac to type your message in Hotmail.
I have tried to use Excite for Chinese and Russian but did not succeed.
Has anyone else been successful in using non roman characters with free
mail providers other than Hotmail?
