Good Evening,

        I'm currently stuck in the office riding out a severe thunderstorm
passing through the Philadelphia area and thought I would take this
opportunity to let you know that the registration form for the NEALL '99
Conference has been posted on the web.  The Conference will be held at
Hamilton College, from March 12 - 14 and while the Board is still putting
together the conference program, many interesting sessions have been
proposed.  I would encourage you to join us for what looks to be, a very
productive weekend with some time left for good food and fun.  If the board
can answer any questions related to either the conference or the
organization, please don't hesitate to contact us:
