The correct name is ATOK11, which is a Japanese input method available for
both Mac OS and Windows. On the Mac OS this does not replace Kotoeri (the
Apple Japanese input method), it just provides another input method which
can be used: both will show up in the keyboard menu, and a user can choose
either one.

ATOK11 is produced by JustSystems in Japan; information in both Japanese
and English is available from their website, <www.justsystem.co.jp>.

(Note that "ATalk" is often used as shorthand for "AppleTalk", which is
something completely different, i.e. networking software, so this could be
a source of confusion).
