How about the combination of Outlook Express and Global IME for
Korean?
It runs on US Version on Windows 95 or above.
I don't understand Korean so I haven't tested this, but the same
combination for
Japanese works fine. I use this combination for my daily
communication with
people in Japan and other countries in Japanese, and so far I haven't
had any
problem.
Global IME, with language pack, also allows you to display/input
Chinese, Japanese,
and Korean on the web.
You can obtain the information on these products at Microsoft web
site. For some
reason, Microsoft does not seem to have a direct link to the Global
IME download page
any more (or maybe it is just difficult to find), but the following
URL should work:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/features/ime.asp
