>Subject: software reviews

Since we have very few relevant magazine subscriptions in our $10 million
library, I want to collect URLs for places where I am likely to find some
foreign language learning software reviews. This is what I have so far:

Foreign Language Multimedia Software (lists, descriptions, reviewing
criteris, review references)
http://nts.lll.hawaii.edu/flmedia/

The CALLer (contains some software reviews from the Center for the
Advancement of Language Learning)
http://www.call.gov/caller/caller.htm

YAHOO! Instrctional Technology
http://www.yahoo.com/Education/Instructional_Technology/

UVA Foreign Language Instrutional Technology Interest Group Software
Reviews
http://www.virginia.edu/~asmedia/

Virtual Call Library
http://www.sussex.ac.uk/langc/CALL.html

IALL Foreign Language Software Database
http://eleazar.dartmouth.edu/fldb/

Agora Language Marketplave
http://www.agoralang.org

BYU Humanities Cybercenter
http://humanities.byu.edu/elc/Cybercenter

The Computer Assisted Language Instruction Consortium
http://www.calico.org

Anyone care to add to it?

Later on, when I really sober up I will also put together a page of links
to language teaching journals to supplement the very good linguistics
journals list of the Summer Institute of Linguistics and The Linguist web
site. Let me know if you think I am reinventing the wheel.
