Dear list members,

the time frame may be "a bit" later than that of most members here, but nontheless I wanted to inform you of the "Days of Open Kitchen Doors" (Tage der offenen Küchentüren) at the Franconian Open Air Museum Bad Windsheim/Bavaria (Fränkisches Freilandmuseum Bad Windsheim). On Nov. 15th and 16th the kitchens of three buildings will be revived and the visitors will be able to get tasters of dishes cooked following historic recipes of the 14th, 18th and 19th/20th centuries. It is a wounderfull oportunity to experience historic food in a picturesque surrounding of reconstructed historic buildings.

Sincerely,

Andreas Klumpp
