VP of E-commerce

Fashion Brand Nicole Miller seeks a business leader to oversee e-commerce and digital marketing with the vision to take our organization to the next level of success in the digital world. We are seeking a leader who is familiar with the fashion landscape with substantial experience in e-commerce, who is motivated to tackle new opportunities and drive the improvement of our customer's omni-channel shopping experience.


Responsibilities:

Full P&L responsibility for our e-commerce operation

Manage and motivate e-commerce team to problem solve and achieve monthly sales goals

Manage digital marketing team including social media

Manage a seasonal digital marketing budget and drive a return on investment

Manage outside web development and design firms in taking on new initiatives and web site maintenance

Seek out new opportunities for partnerships

Partner closely with the wholesale team to support their business


Desired Skills and Experience:

Entrepreneurial spirit and mental agility to work in a rapidly changing environment

5+ years experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

Deep understanding of retail, particularly fashion landscape
