To sign up for any trip, blitz the leader of that trip with your DA$H number (make sure you have money in your account!) or saying you'd like to pay in cash.  Your spot will be reserved once you pay.  If the trip is free, just blitz the leader to reserve a spot. Financial aid is available for all trips - just reply to this blitz with any questions.

The Feed!
Come to the Rock to eat a delicious home-cooked meal this Wednesday! Menu is yet to be determined, but it's gonna be good. Only $4!

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY


What: Class of '66 Lodge (Harris) Overnight!

When: 5:00pm (ish) Friday-11:00am Saturday

Leaders: Spencer Chu & Steve Tebbe

Why: Because Friday Flair, Fire, and Snowball Fights!

Come hang out at Class of '66 lodge with a bunch of fun people! Friday night we'll head out and have dinner followed by fun with flair!! In the morning we will wake up and have a snowball fight (fingers crossed for fresh snow!) followed by hot chocolate. Start your long weekend of right with with this fun trip!

Cost: $1 (So cheap!)

What: capture the flag on skis
When: 3:00
Leaders: Jamie Mercado, Shane Weisberg
Why: because capture the flag is fun and skiing is fun so why not combine them? No experience necessary. (There might even be snow)

SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY

What: Mt. Carrigain hike&ski!
When: Saturday leaving at 7AM, arriving back around dinner time
Leader(s): Jon King, John French
Difficulty: Strenuous (mostly due to 14 mile round-trip)
Why: Come experience all the best parts of a New England winter while also hiking a 4000 footer! Mt. Carrigain's 4700 foot summit, combined with a fire tower at the top, offer some of the best views in the White Mountains. With great views, great snacks, and of course, great people, this will be a snowy experience to remember.
Cost: $8 for members, $15 for non-members
Blitz: John French with any questions, or with your da$h number and any dietary restrictions to sign up!

What: Gile Mountain Fire Tower Hike!
When: 12 PM- 3 PM
Leader(s): Jamie Mercado and Kassie Amann
Why: Because what better way to kick off your weekend than with fresh air and beautiful views?
Come hiking up to Gile's marvelous fire tower!  Gile is a really short (1.5 mile) hike with a rewarding view of the White Mountains and the Connecticut River.  There may also be hot cocoa involved to assure an extra good time is had by all!
Cost: $1 DOC, $4 non-DOC

What: Camel's Hump Hike/Plunder/Sled (possible trip to Ben & Jerry's/Cabots factory stores)
When: 7am-5pm
Leader(s): Loring Schaible and Graham Findlay
Why: 'cuz its a 4000 footer, is on the state quarter, kickass views, and sledding, get outside
Cost: DOC $8, non-DOC $14
Blitz: Loring Schaible with DA$H to sign up or for more info

What: Franc Ridge (+Ritchie Smith Overnight) ~9 miles
When: Fri evening to Sat evening
Leader(s): Jocelyn Powelson, Prajeet Bajpai
Why: Because, in all fairness, Franc Ridge is one of the greatest hikes in these parts and will be glorious in the winter. Above treeline for miles and miles!
Cost: $8 DOC members

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY

What: Holt's Ledge Hike
When: 12 PM - 4 PM
Leaders: Max Deibel & Spencer Blair
Description: Easy ~4 mile hike up Holt's Ledge, which has incredible views!
Why: Because it's a long weekend (and because it's going to be awesome!)
Blitz: Spencer Blair with your DA$H and shoe size to sign up or get more info.
