I am currently looking for a customer-focused operations program manager or outbound-product manager to join my team at Sunverge Energy (http://www.sunverge.com/) in San Francisco.  We have an immediate need to fill this position.  The role can be tailored to fit the right person, but here is a description of what this role would entail.
*  Be responsible for the successful delivery of Sunverge's projects
*  Be the single point of the contact with customers and partners "post-sales"
*  Manage product delivery, installation, and commissioning processes
*  Interface internally with Sunverge Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to ensure successful projects and customer satisfaction
*  Identify project/customer critical risks, issues, and opportunities, and manage communications and resolutions with the management team and with customers and partners
*  Drive improvements to delivery, installation, commissioning, product operational, and support processes
*  Identify and document new and enhanced product features and feed them into the product management process
The ideal candidate will have experience working with electric utility customers or with solar PV projects.  Excellent communication skills are required, and an engineering background is a plus.
