Hey Cal,

Long time.  :)

I'm not aware offhand of such a critter, but 'SetFile' from the command-line will do it.

It pairs with 'GetFileInfo', and I *think* the two of them are stock with Mountain Lion.  But it seems to me that they were part of Xcode's cli-tools previously.
