When Bill Shepard dropped off two bluebird houses this morning, he noticed not just barn swallows but cliff swallows around our barn. We walked in the barn and the cliff swallows were busy building mud nests along with our perennial barn swallows. They are getting the mud from our almost tried up drainage pond. It is located next to our Savannah sparrow habitat. All are invited to come visit and see if they are successful.
