As often happens following a night of low overcast and precipitation,
there was some fallout on the Conn. River this morning. At Kilowatt
south: 5 Red-necked Grebes and a Bufflehead pair. At Kilowatt north: 3
Horned Grebes and a surprisingly early Green Heron flushed from the
riverbank.

This should be a good day to bird along the river.

Chris
