Dear Bob,

Thanks for the suggestion, which I shall follow.
Actually I did contact Nisus Support when the problem emerged for the first
time. Though not because of this, I believe, the problem got worse and I
couldn't even call up NW files, but this got somehow resolved, but here I'm
again.
