Welcome to CnT! Its Carnival so go on a trip!

To sign up for any trip, blitz the leader of that trip with your DA$H number (make sure you have money in your account!) or saying you'd like to pay in cash. Your spot will be reserved once you pay. If the trip is free, just blitz the leader to reserve a spot. Financial aid is available upon request so just let us know.

WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY
The Feed!
When: 7pm Wednesday
What: Come eat a delicious home-cooked meal at the Rock! Our menu is potentially going to be cornbread and some kind of (vegetarian) pot pie.
Cost: $4 (Want to eat for free? Blitz Jesse Rieb and tell him you want to do the dishes!)
Directions to the Rock: http://www.dartmouth.edu/~cabtrail/rock.shtml

THURSDAY THURSDAY THURSDAY

WHAT: The epicness will begin with blues dancing Thursday night at Harris Cabin (Class of '66). The next morning, we will sunrike up Moose Mountain. You can then return to campus via bus or, if you are feeling particularly epic, join us for the hike back to campus (about 8 miles).
WHEN: Rides will leave for the cabin after dinner on Thursday night. Sunrikers will return Friday morning and hikers will arrive late afternoon on Friday.
WHY: Because what could be a better way to start Winter Carnival than with blues dancing, beautiful views, hiking, and pure epicness!
Cost: Sunrike- $3 DOC Members, $5 Non-DOC
Hike to Campus- $7 DOC Members, $9 Non-DOC
Blitz: Hannah McGehee to sign up (please also let me know if you could drive or lead the Sunrike)

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY
What: Mount Jefferson Overnight
When: 7pm Friday -7pm Saturday.
What: We'll be staying the night at John Rand. The next morning, bright and early, we'll head up Mount Jefferson in an intense above-treeline hike in the Presidential Range. Weather permitting, we'll reach the glorious summit and be presented with great views of Washington, Adams, and Franconia Ridge.
Cost: $8 ($11 non-DOC members).

SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY
Billings Overnight and yet-to-determined, awesome, moderate, off-the-beaten-track hike!
When: Saturday morning to Sunday morning
Details:
...possibly Mt. Starr King and Mt. Waumbek (a 7-mi round trip with good views of the Presidential Range) -- to be decided for sure later in the week. Don’t worry though, whatever it is, it will be good! We’ll drive up early Saturday morning (think 8 or 8:30), do a not-to-demanding day hike, and then head to Billings for the night. We’ll have lots of time to cook up a really gourmet meal, which is fitting, as Billings Lodge is the epicenter of luxury and extravagance. Returning early Sunday morning (we can decide the time later).
Cost: $12
To sign up: blitz Matthew Pickart
