Event: 4th of July at the Lodge- (Fireworks from the top of Moosilauke)

Time- Leaving ~4, back ~midnight

Cost: You will be charged for lodge dinner, the ride is free if you are a DOC member and a few dollars if not.

Come to the lodge and check out the fireworks from the top of Moosilauke. We will be stopping at a swimming hole on the way up and maybe Fat Bob’s. You are welcome to hike up the mountain to watch fireworks but you don’t have to!

Fire Build

Come Build a fire! Satisfies the fire building requirement for level 2 leader!

There’s gonna be a feed this Thursday! For Amuurrrica!
You’ll get to eat delicious food cooked by our very own Sam Reckford! Menu TBD.
The feed will be at 7:00 pm at the Rock (remember this is on THURSDAY, not the usual Wednesday), which is an off-campus house in Hanover (directions can be found here:http://www.dartmouth.edu/~cabtrail/rock.shtml)
Cost: $4

What: Lodj dinner and swimming hole!
Where: THE LODJ
When: Meet behind Robo at 4pm, back around 9:30ish pm
Cost: $3 for the ride, $8 for dinner
Come eat dinner at the Lodj (because it's delicious) and swim in an AWESOME swimming hole if you so choose (because it's fun).

SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY

Event: Mt. Adams and Madison Hike

Time: 7am- 8pm

Cost: $7 for DOC members, $10 otherwise

Description / Difficulty level: Mt. Adams and Madison are the two northernmost mountains in the presidential range. Hiking them will be hard. Our route will take us 12.5 miles over about 4500 ft of cumulative elevation gain (and then loss). This is roughly twice the distance and elevation gain of a Moosilauke hike (though it will be steeper). Hiking ridges and summits above tree line promises picturesque views if the weather holds up.

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY

Hike Mt. Cardigan!


Time: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Cost: $2 for DOC members, $4 for non

Description: An easy 3.5 mile roundtrip hike, this rewarding trek up Mt. Cardigan offers gorgeous panoramic views of NH atop a bare-rock summit. This hike will be a chance to start off the week right and spend some time out in the sun before heading inside to start up on your work.
