I'm looking for a recommendation: a converter that will accept PAL and SECAM (one or the other at a time) as a composite video source, and convert to NTSC composite.

I *don't* need NTSC to: PAL or SECAM. The goal is to display video on a non PAL/SECAM projector from PAL and SECAM sources such as a VHS player.

At quick glance, I see units ranging from ~$150-250, but I haven't gone beyond that in terms of research.

Thanks.
