I have used http://www.pdftoword.com/ to convert a faculty member’s CV from PDF to Word. He had lost the Word version and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of reformatting the 8-9 pages with citations. The PDF to Word Converter kept all of the original formatting; I was wildly impressed. Free and online.

I have started a blog (http://www2.ku.edu/~egarc/cgi-bin/blog/) that includes web-based tools and other educational technology resources. I don’t post as often as I would like … but feel free to check it out.

Best,
Keah
