We use Tutortrac in most of our labs. It's an excellent program and allows a great deal of reporting in addition to setting appointments. Best of all, once you purchase it, you can use it anywhere on campus. They have been very responsive.

Our Writing Center uses a different software that seems best for its purpose, called WCOnline. However, they did use Tutortrac for quite a while.
