Hey Ryan, 

Why not use dropbox? They would need a login to get back to their file for it but it seems like it does what you are asking and then it is in the cloud so they can get back to it from literally anywhere they have an internet connection, platform independent. You can install the dropbox software on your computer and it syncs automagically without you doing anything.
