A simple question, I hope.

I am trying to log onto a mainframe using Applescript and Safari. The keepers of the gateway will not help.(not a security issue).

Their required steps consist of logging onto their gateway using Safari, then a java applet is downloaded where, using Applescript I can blindly type commands using system events to complete the download.

I noticed the process can be sped up if "pop-up window blocking" is disabled. Any way to do this in Applescript?

Thanks in advance for any help, especially with resources I can read up on what is happening.
