Good morning,
We are in the process of installing our new computers into our facility and we have hit a rather significant snag with our PCs. Our IT folks have found that the image did not successfully copy the multiple language keyboards to the test machine. With XP we dealt with this by manually installing the keyboards and then copying the profile, but apparently that is not an option with Windows 7 because it causes issues with the mapping of drives.

I am wondering if anyone dealt with this issue at their own institution and may have a sysprep script for copying multiple language keyboards that they could share with us. So far, our IT department's attempts to find one on-line have been unsuccessful. If not, what other solutions would you suggest that we try?

Thank you,
Deanne Cobb-Zygadlo
