Thanks to Ed; George Clark, my dad, and myself were able to see this bird at
about 3 pm. A regular dog walker thought it had been there for several days
now. There was also Greater Yellowlegs in the same puddle.
Elsewhere in the Upper Valley:
Rusty Blackbird: a pair at the boat launch on Old Bridge Rd (by the mouth of
the Ompompanoosuc)
Red-Breasted Merganser: 2, at the mouth
Red-Bellied Woodpecker: behind Simon Pearce in Windsor
Field Sparrow: Wilder and Simon Pearce
Palm, Pine, and Yellow-rumped Warblers in several spots.
Merlin, Bald Eagle, Red-Tailed, Osprey, Broad-winged, and Kestrel.
