> We've had good success with ABBYY Finereader 10.   It includes dictionary supported OCR for 39 languages including Russian, and some level of support for 186.  Of course, a fair percentage of those use a Roman alphabet.  It claims Chinese, Japanese, and Korean support, but not Arabic.
