Does anyone know what this bird is: An almost entirely white bird, with just a touch of gray in its feathers, the size of a slim cardinal with a beak like a sparrow and the slight tufting of featherson its head. I saw this bird feeding on the ground on sunflower seeds in Westminster last week.
