Possibly.  I know that I have some scripts that take a while to run and I have had to do the wait like I showed before (where I try to get the name of window 1 in the repeat.  It could be that this instance returns instantly.  I've noticed that with 11 there are times where it updates where previously it wouldn't.  For instance I get a flash of some other layout that was gone to temporarily.
