Max, who correctly identified:
1) Pugsly with BMX/chopper bars
2) mannequin in the background
3) green housing
4) stick shift gear lever (aka suicide shifter)
5) full cassette on the front wheel too

Honorable mention goes to John Zeiter and Rory Gawler, who pointed out "that mysterious  
hooded guy in the background who clearly doesn't belong in thayer" and "the hat  
on the kid in the background". Look again guys. Its a mannequin.
