Hi Mountain Bikers,

Elections for DOC officer positions for Spring through Winter happen at the end
of winter term every year. This year, elections will be at 7pm on March 3rd in
Dartmouth 105. (You'll receive another email before then to remind you). All 
undergraduate DOC members may vote (but you MUST be a DOC member. If you 
haven't gotten two emails about this already, it means you're not on the list. Talk to
OPO to sign up.)

If you intend to run for a DOC officer position (President, Vice President (there are 
two each term), or Treasurer), you have until TODAY at 8pm to let me know. Blitz 
'DOC President' with what position you would like to run for, and for which terms 
(11S, 11X, 11F, 12W). You do not need to be on campus now to run for an officer 
position, but you will need to designate a proxy to read a short statement for you 
on election night. Anybody running for an officer position must also submit a short 
(less than 150 words) statement to be distributed to DOC members on why you 
want the position and why you are qualified for it (by tonight, please!). If you have 
any questions regarding the positions, I'll be happy to answer them.
