A new windows OpenAFS client, 1.5.99b, has been released. This update
specifically addresses the problems with Windows 7 and reconnecting to AFS
after an IP address change (VPN on/off, switching wired to wireless etc.)

As far as we can tell it works well, but we've only tested the 32-bit
version. A local copy has been placed in
<http://caligari.dartmouth.edu/downloads/openafs/>
- or you can download it from OpenAFS.org

If anyone has a 64-bit Windows-7 machine, I'd be happy to install and test
this for you -- we have no system to try it on.

Richard
