Help Lead the Charge

The Power Electronics Research Group at Bose Corporation is looking for a creative, multi-physics capable engineer who is not afraid to get his or her hands dirty. Will act in multiple roles including PI for long-term research projects and responsible engineer for short-term development assignments, in the areas of power conversion and amplifier R&D. Initial assignments will include work on multi-kW audio amplifiers, and multi-mW power converters for our noise reduction headphones. In addition to power electronics expertise you'll need skills in control theory, electromagnetic and thermo-mechanical analysis and design, an appreciation for material characteristics and interaction, and the ability and desire to turn the gleam in your eye into real, working hardware.
Masters or PhD in EE or Physics, with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
