Dear Muhammad ,

Everybody uses Audacity. It's profesional quality and free. It runs on PC or
Mac platforms. It's relatively easy to use, but more complicated than what is
needed if all you need to do is make voice recordings. For simple voice recordings,
with just a record/playback/save function, you can use use the audio recorder
that is bundled with Windows. It's located under the Accessories menu. If your
users have a reliable Internet connection, you could also use the Audio Dropbox.
from CLEAR at MSU (http://clear.msu.edu/ ). Jack
