This trailwork trip was accidentally left out of the CnT weekly blitz. Blitz
marri or phil9 if you want to go.
> Event: Moose Mountain Trailwork!
> Day: Saturday!!!
> Time: 9 am- 6 pm
> Cost: FREE, b/c it's trailwork!
> Description / Difficulty level: Come to lovely Moose Mountain for one of your
last opportunities to do trailwork before it gets too cold!! Moose Mounatin is
the nearest mountain to Hanover on the Appalachian Trail. We'll be using axes,
saws, rock bars, awesomeness, etc to create bog bridges and stepping stones -
learn how to make them! Some nice fall hiking will likely be involved as well
to reach the muddy sections of trail. Feel powerful, feel burly, feel
humanitarian, your work will help keep future hikers from being sucked into a
muddy mire! As always no experience required.
