A good source for German is shift.tv, a virtual dvr. Subscription to
limited space account is free. Would love to hear other suggestions,
too, since I'm working on a similar project.
If one already has satellite service, Slingbox is a great way to
"sling" live or recorded video to a remote location via web browser
(for example, Internet enabled classrooms.)
