A walk around Lake Runnemede in Windsor yesterday produced a small flock (7,
I think) of Rusty Blackbirds.  I got 2 fairly identifiable pictures of one-
appears to be an immature male. Other birds there in abundance: 
27+ Canada Geese
12+ Yellow-rumped Warblers
Song Sparrows of various ages
White-throated Sparrows- one amusing attempt at typical song- a bit wavery
and uncertain
Blue Jays
A few Juncos
Robin
Chickadees
